Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit unless specified.
Cynthia Barnes Designs will refund return First Class postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Cynthia Barnes Designs for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided. For your convenience detailed information about processed returns is maintained on-site for 30 Days. Requests received after 30 days may require additional time before being responded to.
